“Good design happens when form and content are blended together without a distinction between the two.” - Laura Anderson
How do you graphically design a video about a graphic designer? It’s a tall order, especially when the graphic designer in question is Laura Anderson. Laura has a Masters Degree in painting, teaches art, and was commissioned by the city of Emeryville, CA to create a series of posters to be displayed in their bus shelters. You can see fine examples of her work at LA Creates.com.
She has also created some wonderful new artwork for Daigle Digital that will be making it’s debut next week. Yes, as a matter of fact, we are thrilled!
In addition to talking with Laura about what she does, it was also important to see her doing it (this is, after all, what web video is all about). Sharp close-ups of her pen and mouse in action help highlight her skill and give you a broader grasp of her abilities. We also included many of her logo and website designs.
Prospective clients and curious minds who visit Laura’s site can now get a personal introduction to her and her craft. Video makes the introduction instantaneous.
